The professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University, Florentino Joaquim Inácio, will launch on December 9th a book entitled “Legal Statute – Proceedings of the Defendant”, the activity will take place in the Mária do Carmo Medina auditorium within the institution who teaches at 4 pm.
The work that portrays the global view of Constitutional and procedural norms, will be sold at the value of 10 thousand kwanzas, and brings as a study the case of Angola and makes a comparative study in the member states of the CPLP.
The author has been teaching since 2006, and has already published two books in the Angolan market, which are; Criminal Procedural Law, history and evolution, application and principles; and the second “Echoes of the Soul” using his literary pseudonym of Kilungue.
