The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, created the Interministerial Commission for the Elaboration and Implementation of the Integrated Plan for the Institutionalization of Local Authorities.
The information is expressed in a press release from the Civil House of the President of the Republic, adding that the commission was created following the process of administrative deconcentration and decentralization.
According to the document, released this Tuesday, the inter-ministerial commission is coordinated by the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Adão de Almeida.
The Minister of Territory Administration was appointed as deputy coordinator and includes the heads of the Ministries of the Interior, Justice and Human Rights and Finance.
The ministers of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, Public Works, Urban Planning and Housing, Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication are also part of the commission.
The commission is completed by the secretaries of the President of the Republic for Political and Parliamentary Affairs and State Reform Affairs.
