The African champions of the Handball Nations Championship, which took place in Dakar, Senegal, land this Tuesday, 22nd, at 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, in Luanda.
After winning their 15th continental title, the “Pearls”, with gold on their chests and a trophy in their luggage, arrive in the country at 12 noon. The program reserves the reception of the champions by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Palmira Barbosa, and the Governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem.
Afterwards, they will continue with a march in the various arteries of the capital city, even before the homage ceremony.
It should be recalled that coach Vivaldo Eduardo’s team won the African Handball Championship, on Saturday, 19th, by defeating Cameroon, by 29-18, in the Dakar arena.
